4. Start a blog.
A blog is the ideal place for you to post additional information about listings, share stories that highlight your expertise and connect with potential and past clients.
When your blog readers contact you, they are already familiar with your work and are more likely to be ready to buy or sell a home.
Your blog is also an excellent place to build your brand, so that when someone is looking for a real estate professional, your name will come to mind first.
A blog is a wonderful tool for your online real estate marketing. It’s inexpensive to have set up, easy to maintain, and it brings in more leads to your site because search engines love blogs.
