How to Generate Real Estate Buyer Leads By Imitating Successful Bloggers, Part 3
Today, I’m finishing up my 3 Part series in which I’ve been telling you about 3 of my favorite real estate bloggers and how you can learn to generate real estate buyer leads by reading their blogs and learning from them.
Here’s today’s recommendation:
Teresa Boardman - St. Paul Real Estate
Teresa has been writing her St. Paul real estate blog for over 2 years, which makes it one of the longest running real estate blogs. She’s also one of the most prolific writers in the real estate blog arena.
Not only does Teresa write her own blog, she also guest writes for other real estate blogs such as The Real Estate Tomato. To read Teresa’s post on The Real Estate Tomato where she explains how she blogs to generate real estate buyer leads and how her blog became her number one prospecting tool, click here: 40 Observations By Teresa Boardman Regarding Her 2 Year Old Real Estate Blog
As a result of all her experience and success with blogging, Teresa is an agent well worth learning from. Here are a few of her posts to give you an idea of the wide variety of topics she covers:
- Home sales and prices by St. Paul Neighborhood - This is a great example of providing the exact, detailed information real estate buyer leads are searching for online.
- Nothing Says Earnest Like Money - This post educates real estate buyer leads about earnest money and its importance in the real estate process.
- Bus Bench - You’ll love this innovative idea Teresa came up with - a virtual Bus Bench.
A great way to learn how to write your own blog posts is by reading a variety of good posts. Be sure to subscribe to the three real estate agents’ blogs I’ve recommended so you can learn from them. Then you too will generate real estate buyer leads from your blog!
What is your most burning question about how to blog? I’d love to answer it for you. Just click on Add Comments and tell me what you want to know. I promise to answer.
