Need More Real Estate Buyer Leads? Write Blog Posts That Keep Readers Coming Back

Many real estate agents have shared with me that the most challenging thing about their real estate blog is figuring out what to write about. If you need more real estate buyer leads, writing blog content that keeps your readers coming back for more is essential.

I’ll be sharing ideas for blog content that will generate more real estate buyer leads with you frequently on this blog. Here’s my first suggestion:

Provide Online Resources

Share resources you find online that you know will help your readers. As an example of how to write this type of blog, I’ll share one of my favorite resources with you.

One of my all time favorite websites is CheapSkate Monthly.

It provides money saving tips on a wide variety of topics such as:

  • How to winterize your home
  • How to improve your credit rating
  • How to organize your home
  • How to sell your home for top dollar

There are also easy-to-use calculators to help you determine:

  • How much home can you afford
  • How much you’ll make between now and retirement

This site has both free information and information you have to pay to access. There’s so much free information, it took me about 6 months to get through it all. Then I signed up for the subscription portion and found it so valuable that I’ve remained a subscriber for 6 years. It’s extremely reasonable at only $29 per year. Yes, I said per YEAR. Great price, huh?

One tip on this site that you’ll particularly love is to use a real estate agent rather than trying to sell or buy a home on your own. Here’s an excerpt from the article titled “Selling? Get Top $$ For Your House:”

Hire a professional
A Realtor who is successfully moving properties in your neighborhood and comes with references will likely get you a better price for your home than you could get on your own. Most non-professionals (owner sellers) end up losing more in the transaction than the commission they would have paid a professional.”

On this site you’ll also find:

How to Use This Idea in Your Real Estate Blog

For your real estate blog, write something similar to the above about a site you enjoy and why you think your readers will benefit from it.

End your blog post with a call to action, and you’ve just written a post with information that will keep your readers coming back for more information they need. More real estate buyer leads will come your way!

How to Write Your Call to Action

As an example of how to write a call to action, read mine for this blog:

Throughout the year, you’ll find hundreds of ideas for blog topics here. Don’t miss one idea! Automatically have them emailed to you as soon as they’re posted by subscribing to this blog now.
