		<description>Fabienne,
Thank you so much for writing this excellent article about the need to hire a Virtual Assistant in order to grow your business.

I'm in agreement with everything you say about the value of hiring a Virtual Assistant.

There is one small comment you mention which I disagree with. That comment is: "VAs are highly experienced professionals who have been executive assistants in corporations and have chosen to go out on their own and work from home (can you blame them?)"

I agree with you that VAs are highly experienced professionals who have chosen to go out on their own and work from home. The small thing I disagree with is that they're all former "executive assistants."

Outstanding VAs come from a wide range of backgrounds including web designers, real estate agents, teachers, marketers, you name it. I think this is important because when you're looking for a VA you should make sure he or she is experienced in the specific area you need help with.

If you need administrative help, then a former executive assistant would be a perfect choice.

Thanks again, Fabienne, for this first-rate article.

To boosting your leads,
