What is the Lead Booster Club?
The Lead Booster Club is a web site and blog created for real estate agents who are interested in learning how to generate real estate buyer leads and real estate listing leads online.
You will find:
- Useful articles for real estate agents. The articles are written to help you with all aspects of generating online real estate buyer leads and real estate listing leads.
- Reviews on real estate tools to help you build your business.
- Fresh content added at least 3 times a week including podcasts interviewing successful real estate professionals, how-to instructional articles, and information on hot topics like blogging and web site marketing.
Why I Created the Lead Booster Club
As an agent, you’re constantly bombarded by salespeople hawking the latest and greatest product or service. They tell you that you have to have this new product to build your business and generate real estate buyer leads fast and easy.
During the almost 6 years of working as a marketing specialist for real estate agents, I’ve heard hundreds of stories from agents about the thousands of dollars they’ve spent on products and services. Frequently, they gain very little from their purchases. Through those stories and the work I’ve done for real estate agents, I’ve discovered two things most of them need:
- Information about how to generate real estate listing leads from a trustworthy source
- Reasonably priced content written for blogs and web sites
That’s why I created the Lead Booster Club… to offer solutions to those two needs.
Who is Kathy Goughenour?
Besides being a marketing specialist for real estate agents, which takes up most of my time, I have several hobbies. I love to read novels and watch TV and movies. You’ll notice many of my blog posts include references to movies and books.
I also love my dogs. I have two Golden Retrievers named Codi and Jack. Codi is a 3 year old female and Jack is an 8 month old male. I also have the old lady of the bunch, Sam. She is an 11 year old Yellow Lab. They bring more joy to my life than anything else, including chocolate and wine!
I’ve been married for 13 years to a wonderful man named Tom. We have 2 sons and daughters-in-law who have given us 5 grandkids. The 1 granddaughter and 4 grandsons love to visit Grandma Kathy and Papa Tom out here in the country where they can fish in the river that runs by our cabin.
Oh, one more hobby. I’m learning to quilt. It’s so peaceful and calming, especially since I’m hand quilting. From time to time, I’ll share photos of projects with you.
